Built in 1934, this place was an auditorium of now-defunct Military Cadet School. The U.S.forces requisitioned the facility in August 1945, and used the auditorium as a court when they held the International Military Tribunal for the Far East (the Tokyo Trial) in May of the following year.

To commemorate 60 years since the end of World War 2, we have started this collaborative virtual visit project. Our intention is to archive in fullscreen QTVR panorama the landmarks of WWii in Europe and elsewhere.

Der achte Mai ist ein wichtiger historischer Jahrestag. Sechzig Jahre seit Ende des zweiten Weltkrieges. Um an dieses Ereignis zu erinnern haben wir dieses Archiv virtueller Besuche begonnen.
